We use your information only to operate and improve Venmogh. This includes:
- Provide AI-powered strategic intelligence through Noah
- Generate reports and tailored strategic recommendations
- Personalize Noah's responses to your business context
- Monitor competitors and market signals on your behalf
- Improve platform performance and reliability
- Send important product updates and service notifications
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
AI Processing
Noah uses enterprise AI models to generate strategic recommendations. Here’s how AI processing works in Venmogh:
- Enterprise-only APIs
- Your data is processed through secure enterprise AI APIs that do not use customer information for model training.
- Transparent outputs
- All AI-generated content is clearly identified so you always know when you're seeing AI output.
- No autonomous decisions
- Noah assists decision-making but does not replace professional legal, financial, or business advice.
- No cross-account exposure
- Your data never influences outputs for other customers. All environments are fully isolated.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security practices to protect your information. Customer environments remain isolated to protect organizational data.
- Encryption in transit - TLS 1.3 for all data in motion
- Encryption at rest - AES-256 for all stored data
- Secure EU-based cloud infrastructure
- Role-based access controls and least-privilege principles

To report a security vulnerability, contact security@venmogh.com. We acknowledge all reports within 48 hours.

To operate Venmogh, we rely on trusted third-party providers. Each processes data under their own privacy policies and enterprise agreements with Venmogh.

We carefully vet all third-party providers and enter into Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) where required. No provider is permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the platform or by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The latest version will always be available on this page, along with the date it was last updated.
